Dakotta Alex is the founder on this non profit
which was established in 2003. Dakotta is a high
level consultant specializing in human capital
managment and social networking. He currently
runs the third largest international recruiting
network and has been involved with many diversity
projects since the start of his Career in 1997.
Dakotta has worked with many high tech organizations
such as: Microsoft, Compaq, and Convergys and
has built many self funded Internet-related projects,
ranging from social networking to niched job boards.
Dakotta has published 2 books in the HR / Job
hunting area entitled "Damn, I need a Job.
Again!" and "The Recruiters Guide Book".
Dakotta has spent the last year traveling through
Europe and Asia researching business and diversity.

Frigard Annette
Frigard a remarkable woman who has been in HR
and diversity for over 20 years nationally and
internationally. She has designed developed and
implemented strategies in the employment sector
for many Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, HP,
Microsoft, McDonnell Douglas, Westinghouse, General
Electric, Honeywell, Motorola, American Express
and other notable industry giants in all aspects
of the business from recruiting and account management,
to Staffing Manager and business mentoring. Annette
has received various certifications and professional
training for recruiting and strategic developments.
Her recent most notable cause was writing the
mission statement at Volt Services Group (a multi
million dollar staffing organization) where she
served on the Diversity Board which helped with
the diversity initiative company wide. Additionally,
Annette is certified in AIRS (CIR, CDR) which
includes holding the distinction of being a Certified
Diversity Recruiter. To this day she still follows
the motto of her first employer "you can
get anyway you want to go in this life, if you
help someone get there first".
