BreakTheGlassCeiling.com is dedicated to being a resource center to help direct individuals towards organizations that may help shatter this known complex. It's for this reason equality groups, unions, and other organizations began, to put an end to the rampant authority of one group over others.

It's the year 2002, and equal rights still have not reached equilibrium! We claim to be sovereign and just with one other. But since we don't live up to those standards, equality is still hard to reach. We can bear arms with ease, but it is not easy in the fight for equality. "Four score and seven years ago our forefathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal."

What happened to this equality? 206 years ago the United States was created as a nation dedicated to the preservation of liberty, with the concept that all men begin as equals. What happened to this concept of equality? We know now that all people are created equal yet for woman and minorities this equality is often bypassed.
