Promoter-level membership costs US $250, $500, $1000, $1500, $2500, $5,000 per year. Promoter Members have voting rights in the committees and working groups established by the Foundations Diversity Council and Scholarship Committee. Each Promoter Member, while in good standing, shall be entitled to designate one voting representative and an alternate representative to vote on each matter submitted to a vote in the working groups and committees. Promoters are entitled to all rights and privileges of the Supporter Member. In addition, Promoters are entitled to:

• Participate in the training and marketing activities of the Forum, by participating in committees and working groups that may be formed by the Forum's Committee and Marketing Committee from time to time to address training and marketing issues.
• Attend meetings of the Forum's Council with voting rights
• Attendance and voting rights on committees and working groups established by the Forum's Council
• Ability to chair working group subcommittees
• Attend Annual and member meetings
• Propose and Submit proposals
• Access to members-only section of website (under development)
• Receive minutes and draft documents via members-only e-mail lists
• Ability to participate in BTGC Foundation sponsored events and meetings.
